Returns & Exchanges

While we don’t accept returns, we’re happy to exchange your unworn jewelry! Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your delivery date. To get started, email us at allison@aurelia-collection.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange. 

To claim the warranty, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact our customer support team at allison@aurelia-collection.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
