While we don’t accept returns, we’re happy to exchange your unworn jewelry! Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your delivery date.

At Aurelia, we offer a wide range of jewelry crafted from materials such as brass and stainless steel and that have 14K or 18K gold PVD coating.

Please note that tarnish may occur due to your own pH which can impact the life cycle of your jewelry.

Please allow two business days for your order to ship. Economy shipping typically takes 2-4 business days to arrive, depending on your location. If you need to receive your order faster, please contact us at allison@aureliacollection.com and we can assist to get you the order faster!

To keep your fashion jewelry looking its best, follow these care instructions:  

• Can be worn while showering or sweating but avoid exposure to ocean water and chlorine.
• Limit exposure to chemicals and beauty products.
• Handle jewelry gently and avoid pulling, bending, or twisting it. 
• Store jewelry in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

The pieces are crafted from stainless steel and fortified by a stronger coating process named PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) to make the jewelry last. Some items can be worn while showering or sweating but it is still recommended to take them off to provide long lasting shine.
